We require these conditions be met and complete in order to process a refund:

• You have 21 days from the date of your purchase to qualify for a refund.
• email us with the nature of your complaint.
• A complete written explanation of the complaint.
• If you purchased a manual, return it to us in the condition it was sent to you (email for the mailing address).
• If you orderd a PDF, along with a complete written explanation of the complaint, a written commitment that you will delete it and all copies you made from your computer or any computer that you made copies on. (Please note: We have a digital signature in each PDF that can identify where they reside).
• In the written communique you must commit to NOT use any of the items listed in our manual for your pinewood derby car.
• If sale originated at eBay all eBay feedback must be completed.


Money will be refunded within 21 days subsequent to the above steps being completely satisfied.
